If there is one thing that stands out about this wedding, it would be the amount of genuine emotion and authentic exchanges that I witnessed. Jocelyne and Paul wear their hearts on their sleeves and the celebration of their love for one another was an absolute joy to watch! From start to finish, this day was a ton of fun and absolutely gorgeous. Capturing their story was a true honour for me.
After some getting ready photos, the ladies and the guys met up for photos in St. Boniface. When Paul saw Jocelyne for the first time, it was absolutely priceless! I don’t think there was a single dry eye around, including mine!
“The photography was definitely the most fun part of our day (besides dancing the night away). Gabrielle made the experience so personal, and captured some amazing photos (she has an eye that captures the little moments that mean so much).” – Jocelyne & Paul
“We definitely have a few favourite photos, one of them including this one of us holding hands in front of the Virginia creeper. We love the Fall colours in this photo and we love how happy and glowing we are!“
After the first look and a few photos at the Archbishop’s Residence in St. Boniface, we headed to the Exchange District for a few more bride & groom photos at the historic Hamilton Building.
“Our day was so perfect, that it’s hard to pinpoint one part specifically that was the most memorable. Our first look was full of emotions. Our ride, the 1947 Cadillac definitely stands out. Also spending the afternoon with our fantastic wedding party and having a chance to stop and have lunch with them at Peg Beer Co. was very memorable.“
“Gabrielle was really open to our suggestions and worked with us to make sure every moment was perfect. She ensured we were following our time schedule for our day but we didn’t feel rushed at all.
Our day seemed to go so smoothly for us and everything fell into place perfectly. We enjoyed and savoured every moment!” – Jocelyne & Paul
“Some of our favourite photos include the moments of us crying post ceremony – they are so adorable, emotional and heartwarming.“
“The theme of our wedding was birds and trees (some of our passions) and we also wanted a timeless, classic look. We wanted to look back at our photos 40 years from now and know that we didn’t choose what was popular or in style for weddings in 2016.
We love all the photos – Gabrielle captured our perfect day so beautifully!” – Jocelyne & Paul
