Over the years, I’ve been taking staff headshots for JMT at their offices in Winnipeg. Every photo session is set up with a white background, studio lights and a standardized look to get a consistent, professional result across all photos. On-location headshots take up a small amount of room in an office space and each individual session is completed in a few minutes. The editing of the raw images also follows a consistent workflow to maintain a cohesive look throughout the entire photo process.
