Earlier this spring I had the joy of working with Jamie to update his headshots. Instead of a standard studio headshot shoot, we opted for an outdoor portrait session using early evening light. This gave us a much more dynamic and natural look to his portraits, which aligned with his personal brand.
Jamie requested the location: the iconic Esplanade Riel with Winnipeg’s stunning skyline in the background. We also took some urban headshots using the modern architecture around the bridge and some nature-inspired portraits with the greenery along the banks of the river.
With a few outfit changes and a variety of locations all within walking distance to the bridge, we captured a well-rounded collection of portraits for his website.
