Sometimes studio headshots can feel a little bland, but if choosing the right location, working with intentional light and making sure to get some natural, authentic poses, a regular headshot session can become a beautiful lifestyle portrait session that feels down to earth and meaningful.
That’s exactly what Amber wanted – something laid back, yet professional, approachable yet reflective of her personality. We met up at Allure Studios in Winnipeg and used the Lighthouse Studio. The warm wood floors, classic walls, greenery and the gorgeous row of natural window light made for the perfect photo location. Located in downtown Winnipeg, this spot is one of my favourites!
