Headshots and Branding Images: Canotech

Canotech was looking to update their team headshots as well as create custom images to replace the stock photography they had on their website. I set up my mobile photo studio with lights in their office and we created new photos with their actual employees and team in order to create authentic images that reflected their true brand with a personal, approachable touch.

Canotech was founded in Winnipeg almost 40 years ago and their photos needed to reflect their expertise and professionalism, all while maintaining personalized connection. Replacing stock photography with custom, branded images is always a good first step. Here are some of the photos we captured in their office for this project:

Brave Canvas Art Therapy Clinic Photos

I had the delight of taking interior photos and branding images for Brave Canvas Art Therapy in Winnipeg earlier this year. They requested photos that showcased the calming and welcoming feel of their space while also capturing the creativity and colour throughout the space.

Using studio lights and natural window light, I set up each space to feel bright, airy and inviting without making it look too dark or bland. Here are some of the highlights from the photo shoot:

Winnipeg Food Product Photography: Thousand Hills Coffee

I had the delight of taking photos for Thousand Hills Coffee, a local small business in Winnipeg selling delicious coffee beans run by Simeon and Julia. As their website says, they serve “the best specialty coffee from the heart of Africa in the heart of Canada.” If you haven’t checked out their coffee yet, here’s the link to their online shop: https://thousandhillscoffee.com/

The photo shoot included styled product photography and some lifestyle photos of the owners making coffee. The goal was to update their website photos, create high-quality branding images that showcase the quality of their products. Here is a preview from the photo shoot:

Keiki Krate: Branding and Product Photography

Keiki Krate is an online toy store and their philosophy is all about presence over pace, no milestones, no markers. When they approached me to take photos of their products, we wanted to make sure to design a photo shoot that would encompass their values: meaningful moments between parents and their children, and unhurried play. We chose a location that reflected their design aesthetic and we captured their brand with these timeless photos for their website, social media and marketing materials.

Meet the owners of Keiki Krate, Teko and Gabrielle.
