I’ve had the pleasure of taking Matt & Ashley’s photos for several years, and without fail, I always have such a fun time with then! With their newest addition to the family, Jack, we headed out for some new family photos on a beautiful summer evening. It was a blast running around taking photos of them, watching them play and seeing the joy they share in their new dynamics as a family of 4. Here are some highlights from our session:
2015 came to a close and as I looked back at all the weddings, families and newborns I photographed in the year, I was overwhelmed with gratitude. With each passing year I am reminded of how much I love being able to capture so many stories of love. Sometimes it’s a big wedding and other times it’s a simple at-home family session – big or small, the occasion to take photos usually centers on one simple factor: love. Thank you to each and every one of you who made an appearance in front of my lens in 2015 – your stories and connections speak more than a thousand words and I’m honoured to photograph it.
