Last winter I took some headshot photos for my friend Dean, who also happens to be a very talented Winnipeg actor and director. Since then, he’s been busy with new projects, as well as spending some time in L.A., attending acting workshops and learning from the greats. And now, just recently, he landed a roll in an episode of Less Than Kind and will start shooting very soon. (something I know he’s super excited about! Congrats Dean!) Ever since we took his headshot photos, it’s been exciting to see him traveling around, meeting new people and getting new work.
In addition, his headshot has been standing out amongst his peers and getting noticed by industry professionals like B.C. casting director Jackie Lind and actor Lorne Cardinal from Corner Gas. Not only has it been exciting to see Dean’s career continue to blossom, but it’s also super exciting for me to know that the headshots we took have been such a positive asset to the growth of his career.
